Checked in online, it said it we were next and it was a 12 minute wait, we arrived approx 10min later, right as the previous client walked out the door, but the stylist decided to take 2 people who had not checked in before us, and we ended up waiting 30minutes instead of walking right in to our appointment as we should have. I’m not sure I understand the point of having an online check in if it is not going to be honored.

Asked for a medium fade, ended up leaving with long patches left all around the back and sides of my head, tufts around my ears. Had to go home and fix it myself. Plus, they don't even dust you off a little, had to go to my car to wipe all of my hair off of my face. Not worth the money.
