Location is under new management and most of the stylist are no longer around. I did not enjoy my experience with the new crew. If you are looking for Joann she is at the Kildeer location now
These guys are ripoffs. They will charge you an extra $10 if your haircut takes over 30 minutes or if you ask them to cut your hair a little shorter. There is no sign or mention online of this policy, they will just sneak it on you without warning. The manager, Ciarra, didn’t even cut my hair evenly & when I went to ask for her to fix it, she wouldn’t do it without charging me again.
