Online check-in is a joke, multiple times I've checked online to see a zero minute wait time only to arrive and have to wait 30+ minutes. The staff instructed me to use it online check-in to avoid this, however, when checking in when there is a zero minute wait time prior to leaving my office my spot in line is cancelled before I arrive. So I either, do not check in and hope the wait time remains as advertised until I arrive or check in and hope the staff holds my spot for the 20 minute drive time.
