Loved the booking system — I could join the line up of time through the app and get in right away without waiting. Hannah was fast and professional, and both my husband and kid were very happy with their haircuts. Highly recommend!Â
I have to change my review after my frustrating experience today. Booked online today with a 70 min wait which is no problem as I had errands to run. I was watching the online wait time and made sure I was there 15 min prior to my estimated haircut time. At one point, the screen in the store said one minute till haircut and I also got a text 15 minutes prior to that saying that I was the next up. 5 min later the wait time jumped to 34 min and after waiting another ten min the timer jumped to 58 min.
