My stylist Rose gave me a wonderful haircut and exceptional customer service!
I have gone there twice. The first time a noob totally messed my hair cut and didn't do a horrible job so bad that I had to go back in for the manager to try and salvage that horror show. Today I went in again to find a new manager that trys to be friendly but tries to hard. Did a decent job until I saw the back of my head. Not going back to this location.
Had such a great first experience at Dixie and Dundas sport clips! No wait to get in a chair, great space with a cool theme and sports highlights playing in front of you, and a friendly staff. I had Sophia when I went and she was fantastic. Introduced me to how they do things, all of their services, and have me a great hair cut and a relaxing massage. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Christene and Rose were awesome at doing their job. I had a beard styling and the way Christine did was smooth and she is very knowledgeable.No doubt she is called the beard whisperer
