My barber Santino was awesome. I stopped by this location because it was convenient and I needed a repair from a bad cut elsewhere. I was totally blown away by his friendliness, knowledge, and caring in getting my cut right. This location is quite a bit out of my way, but I will drive to get my cuts performed by Santino.
My last trip here was so unbelievable negative due to a poorly trained employees on customer service tactics. It was so bad I have removed my 5star review from previous. This was the second time in the last two trips I’ve been treated like. Second class citizen for not checking in on line. That business model will be the end of this company if this is how they treat people that choose to give your business their hard earned money for an over priced hair cut. Best of luck
They are not honest and they are charging more for than their coupons. This salon is not suitable for women's hair cut
this place is extremely rude I just phoned to find out if they have time for a haircut for my Son. I made the call at 2 o’clock July 6, 2025. The employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me an answer on whether or not I should head down there to get my son’s haircut. she kept insisting that I sign up or download an app in order to get an answer on whether i should head there with my son. I recently went to Sport Clips in Kelowna for my very first Sport Clips visit ever, and boy am I glad I did! Matt showed me the MVP experience and has made me a loyal customer. He was amazing, took the time to show me where my last cut went wrong, gave me an extra smooth neck shave and eyebrow trim as well. I wasn't in the market for product, but he naturally demonstrated product and shared his wealth of knowledge that will have me shopping there when my current product runs out.
