I had a highly disappointing experience at Sport Clips Kelowna with Ponit. Right from the start of the appointment, he began guilt-tripping me about tips. He went on about how long he had been working that day and how poor his tips had been, which felt incredibly unprofessional and awkward. To make matters worse, the haircut itself was done poorly. I explicitly asked for 1.5 to 2 inches of length left on top. Instead, he left it around 4 to 5 inches long. When I asked him to make it shorter, he barely took anything else off.... read more
