The spa has the worst accounting staff. It might be fraudulent by purpose or irresponsible personnel the least. They have caused numerous nonsense charges after my insurance has no record of it. Their receptionist made a mistake once. I brought it up to the doctor and she told me not to be worried, it was a mistake by the new receptionist. The accountant kept the mistake for years before start billing nonsense and promptly sold it to colleaction agency. This is bad faith business.
All the staff is great - I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend !
