Dr. Williams was very nice and explained everything for us and answered any questions we had at my mom's appointment. Our last 2 appointments we've been to there the wait has been EXTREMELY long. We specifically booked and appt for first thing in the morning (8am) and we waited over an HOUR just to see the doctor. Just sitting in the exam room just for the dr to come in.
