Horrible customer service. I purchased a day pass on a Thursday to take a Monday class. The studio has been closed due to the SNOW and class has been cancelled. I requested a two day extension on the pass bc everything has been shut down due to icy road conditions. SpoonMoon has said no....like I control the weather and openings. Really customer-minded....NOT! Weather shutdown not being an extension exception is crazy! Nooma studios has better class options, superior customer service and overall a kinder, happier enviroment.... read more

Don't go here. Their no-show/late cancellation policies/fees are reminiscent of the UA campus police and their parking tickets. My daughter was unable to get in the door due to a network outage on her phone. By the time a staff member said they noticed her it was already past the class time and they charged her a $20 no show fee.
