Hands down the best gym around. ALL the trainers ( LaTaunya, Reggie, Elijah, Romell and Adaeze) are super helpful, kind and supportive! The gym community has such a sense of family that is unmatched. This is the perfect place to get amazing workouts, consistency, results and build a strong support system all at once! Truly one of a kind!

Blast music shaking the walls of the surrounding businesses and are crazy aggressive to anyone who comes in, politely, to ask them to be reasonable.

Thank you so much Spoonfed trainer's LaTaunya for always pushing us in the AM. , i started going here about two - three months ago and the vibe has always been positive experience for me each time. Everyone that goes motivates each other. What I would do at a commercial/big gym im getting so much more at Spoonfed the intentions LaTaunya puts in Spoonfed it truly shows she loves doing this and her passion. Thank you ALL. Appreciate you guys so much!
