I enjoyed my PT at this baseline location in Phoenix. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend if your looking for someone. They are very professional.
Joel at the front desk is the best. He worked with my doctor's office and my Spooner physical therapist to compile and send all the paperwork to my insurance for approval of additional sessions. He followed up with them and was great at communicating status updates with me. He jumped through a bunch of hoops multiple times when insurance kept making more requests. Oh my gosh, so I am not new to physical therapy.... I am however new to sticking with it. JAKE MENDOZA!! Until him I was convinced men were not capable of showing compassion, that they took the term tough skin to a whole nother level. Not Jake, i have my own Doogie Houser. He is very intelligent and compassionate. The physical therapists at Spooner are exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. I've taken therapy at Spooner for knee and back issues on various occasions for the past five years. The same therapists and front desk staff have been there for the entire five years - this tells me that Spooner is a great place to work, and this is reflected in the care the therapists take to make patients feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend Spooner South Mountain.
