The Spooner North Phx Physical Therapy facility is top notch. The personnel are all focused on the patient's comfort and success and their attitude is a pleasure to experience. Kelsey, the front desk rep went out of her way to make me feel welcome on my first visit. AJ Nielsen and staff are professionals. They know exactly what to do to resolve your issues. They truly care about your recovery and it shows. I highly recommend them for any of your physical therapy needs!
The staff is extremely friendly and empathetic; even the PT/aides that I don't see, will even give me a nod of encouragement and smile. While no one likes to have to do PT, I will not go anywhere else ever again.
