I have a problem with the Google review from Johnny Hansen. I am a past Spooner patient and have personally dealt with Jo at the front desk. She is very professional and one of the kindest people I know. Judging by this guys other reviews, looks like he enjoys giving one star and complaining. I am a huge fan of Spooned North Mesa and everyone I have dealt with there is amazing, including Jo.
Jo called me about a referral from my doctor, she said they didn't take my insurance. Okay that's understandable, but the way she handled it was completely unprofessional. I asked her questions about why they got the referral if they didn't take it. She just kept interrupting me and talking over me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Then she hung up on me! Completely unprofessional, bad customer service, I would never go here ever again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
I find the staff at Spooner North Mesa to be very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I'm in the early stages of my treatment for balance issues and they have been very thorough. I feel I'm making progress and look forward to my next appointment.
The attention you will receive from the staff at Spooner's is exceptional, from the front staff to the therapists. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy to let Spooner's help you heal.
