This spooner is excellent. Especially Susan. That lady goes out of her way to be helpful and thoughtful. But I've had nothing but great experiences dealing with spooners around the valley
This particular location had me seen by a temporary Physical therapist, but billed the insurance under a different therapist. The first visit was un-informative and unhelpful. They billed the insurance using codes indicating my case would be a difficult case, even though I have 99% motion. Even though this was a referral from my primary care physician, the cost was far too much, not only for the initial session, but the recommended 2-3 visits a week. Spooner is an outstanding physical therapy place. I have been there for three different injuries and they have got me going forward every time. They are caring, personable and knowledgeable. I enthusiastically recommend them :)
Great experience at this Spooner location and also at another Spooner location a few years ago. Tanner does a great job of figuring out what needs to be done to rehabilitate the injury. Everyone on the staff is excellent and very friendly. You can tell they enjoy what they do. I highly recommend them if you are in need of physical therapy.
I am Charles Tobias. My therapist, Jason and his tech, Celeste are a great combination. They are professional. I am always at ease when I'm receiving my therapy. I leave feeling rejuvenated.
