Terrible storm, high winds, hail with a possible tornado heading our way. Called the office to report outage, lady was very nice, explained could be awhile because poles were down. Told her to expect a shitty night and we laughed, cause you know people are gonna complain no matter what! Power back on within 4 1/2 hours, which considering this storm was impressive! Kudos to your office staff and the linemen out there for hours to get the power back on! Thank you!!
Absolutely the worst. Living in rural central Illinois we do not have a choice on our electric company, but they could find better people to work in their office. Jenna needs replaced, she has zero people skills and is very abrasive. Been a customer for over 30 years and never been treated as bad as she has treated me over the phone.

Soon River Electric is absolutely terrible. It feels like living in the third world. I have never had so many power outages in my life, and I have lived in a lot of places all over the world. The service is also extremely expensive.
