Installed springs from a different mechanic and was left with noise on my X3M, Ryan and his guys were able to see me as soon as I called for availability and took care of all the noise and issues. Very nice and homey shop. With any relationship with mechanics, honesty and being a stand up person is key. Ryan and his guys are above and beyond that. Truly appreciate having a local shop that knows what they’re doing and can support all your maintenance/ performance needs with quality work.
Let me start by saying that I've patroned a few different performance shops in the Western NY area and Spooling Up was by far the best experience I've had so far. Initially I pulled the car out of winter storage and found it had a low boost condition. I called Spooling Up and Jose answered all my questions and scheduled a time to bring the car in. These guys are the go-to for anything maintenance or performance upgrades related - They really know what they're doing and you can tell they enjoy what they do, too. It's the only place I recommend to anyone that needs/wants their car worked on.
I have brought my car here many times in the past few months. I have never had a shop that is as good as this one. Explains everything very well. The owners and the staff are absolutely awesome. I recommend this place over and over. The best experience I've ever had. Didn't make you feel like you were an idiot.
