They refused to hire an ASL interpreter. When I reminded them that they are under obligation to do so by the ADA and pointed them in the direction of resources, the just sent me the same auto reply email again and stopped responding. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. How embarrassing to be this abelist and difficult to work with in 2025.

Katy was a wonderful guide and gave a chillingly informative paranormal history of Pioneer Square. She was engaging, showing video clips and sound clips from events and investigations in the area. We had a large group of locals, visitors, kids, and adults. This was the best ghost tour we have been on in Seattle and we highly recommend it.
Thank you to our guide Aemon! We had the pleasure of following them on their last Saturday tour with Spooked in Seattle. They were very knowledgeable about each site we visited on the tour, showing historical photos and videos, and playing EVP audios for us along the way. I also appreciated their sense of humor, as well as their emotion in telling stories of Seattle's haunting past.
