Worst Experience of my life!! My husband and I went to this establishment last night for what was an extremely humiliating experience. The manager Darnell has a severe lack of customer service skills, and in no way made an attempt to rectify the complaint of cold fries and greasy wings. My date and I got food posion service is horrible over price rotten seafood
I visited Spondivits on 12/31/2011 with my grandparents whom were visiting from out of town. We enjoyed our visit up until it was time to leave. We had a waitress named Sade who brought us our bill which at that moment included gratuity. My grandfather looked all the details of the bill over and then gave the bill and his credit card back to the waitress. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – I've heard how good the food was at Spondivits, so I was very excited to walk in last Sunday evening. I saw there was a long wait for a table, so I told the hostess I would take a seat at the bar. As I approached the bar stool a gentleman (who had also been standing at the host/hostess stand) told me to take a seat on the other side. I don't know what people are talking about but between our two waitresses and the food this was very pleasing. Atmosphere was great and I lovely the music.
King Crab Legs! You can come here for one thing - the seafood bucket. So if you don't like seafood, don't come here. It's no nonsense. You just sit at a table and dig into a bucket of shrimp, crab legs, etc. The garlic butter is amazing and if you dip your garlic bread into the garlic butter, you will be very happy...and potentially die of a heart attack. Love this place.
Love the food and this place – My first time going here was two years ago after a friend recommended it to me. This hands down is the best seafood place in GA. I always get their bucket of crab legs and it is so big that I always split it with my sister. They have some of the best Gumbo in town too and Gumbo is not easy to make.
