Incredibly accomodating and helpful - thanks a lot!
Unfortunately a terrible experience to write about. I had my bike booked in for an MOT but I had to call to rebook, as something came up at work and I couldn't attend the booking. Owner flat out refused to rebook my bike and actually hung up on me. Surprised they're still in business with zero people skills l.
An honest, straightforward, and straight-talking place to take your bike for an MOT. You don't stay in business for decades if you're not doing something right. What he doesn't know about bikes and the bike industry isn't worth knowing, so it's always good to have a chat whilst you're there; that's if you've got the time (and he's not too busy!). A decent, honest bloke, running a decent, honest business. What's not to like? I wouldn't even think of taking my bike anywhere else. Recommended!
