I have dealt with many bike shops throughout San Diego. This place has by far been the best. Hunter the owner has been very helpful throughout the whole process of me purchasing a new bike. And all of his associates like Mark have been very helpful and friendly as well. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a bike or service. I will be recommending them to everybody that I ride with and any family and friends.
SpokeX Bike Co., Hunter & Mark in particular, have gone above and beyond to correct a customer service issue. In a world of corporate disassociation and blind AI customer service, it's pleasantly surprising to know that there are still companies out there that care about individual customers and providing exemplary "recovery customer service". They answer emails very quickly and have great communication on online orders
This was my first time purchasing a bike from Spokex—or any online retailer—and it turned out to be a very positive experience. Hunter provided a great offer, guided me in choosing the right size for the bike I wanted, and even managed to deliver it before winter arrived. I’m really pleased with the service from Hunter and the team, and I look forward to buying from them again.
