Huge THANKS to Hunter and the SpokeX team. I’m in Northern California and was looking all over for the 2025 Santa Cruz Heckler SL in the new Matte Dark Blue. Hunter and his team set me up with some brand new custom wheels for my bike, I’m so glad I was referred here when looking for the best bike shop near me. There’s a lot of people out there that sell the stuff, for these guys clearly have a passion for and it shows. Keep up the good work guys!
I placed an order for hubs that I later found out were discontinued and unavailable. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from Andy. He provided me with valuable advice and recommended a different hubset and rims for my bike build. Andy's knowledge and assistance were exceptional, and our conversation extended beyond just the purchase, delving into general bike topics. It was a pleasant surprise and added value to my experience with this company. I highly recommend them for their expertise and customer service.
Great shop. Purchased a Pivot Shuttle LT from Spoke X. Very good experience from beginning to end. Great price and great customer service. They were able to rush my bike out the door so that I could have in time for a riding trip. The bike showed up on time and was packaged very well.
