Hunter and his Crew are awesome, the wheel that I ordered from Spokex are great, top quality and looks amazing the package is top notch. Definitely when is time to get another set of wheels they will be from Spokex
Updated review with more details since owner's reply isn't accurate. Worse experience I've ever had with an online purchase. Bought a bike early May. There's been delays from the supplier, the bike shop and DHL. Long story short, ended up having to refuse delivery, return to sender and get a refund. More details below. I can't say enough about the staff here. Riders taking care of fellow Riders! I have a big trip planned and at the last minute I made the decision to buy a Transition on sale. In my haste, we had zero time to get me the bike in time for my flight and the folks at SpokeX literally moved heaven and earth and made it happen. Kept in contact with me along the way and built me a sick bike just in time. Very thankful for them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
