The good: good price and "large" inventory showing on their website The bad: the "in stock" listing is not true. This company does not have it in their possession and it is at their distributor that takes a week to possess on their part. I wouldn't have an issue with waiting on most instances if I know that's the case but I placed the item in my cart to see deliveries shown and it fell well within my time frame for my trip so I ordered it. I was hesitant to order an ebike online, but I’m glad I did. I got an amazing price and they were communicative through the process. My bike arrived within the stated timeframe and the setup went smoothly.

I am essentially just echoing the common thread in the reviews. These guys are very unreliable, shipping times are endless. If you actually need the part or bike you are ordering you had better planned for weeks to delivery. Very disappointed.
Plain awful. False promises regarding shipping dates and really poor customer service. I strongly discourage ordering from this retailer.
