The team at Spokesmen is TOP NOTCH, they helped me over almost a 2 month time frame trying to find parts for my build and were constantly working around the clock to find parts that simply didn’t even exist anymore and to the point where we were theorizing to get the parts CNC’d. Got a flat tire and walked in off the street. Chase was super helpful, efficient and quick to set me up to get back to my ride.
I popped in yesterday, with the intention of replacing my improvised seatpost bolt. I left with a new bolt and other personal improvements! I didn't catch the employee's name (blonde ponytail and beard) who helped me, but he's a real cool guy. Despite being there after closing, he was alright with listening to my other requests and engaging in conversation. Just bought a bike from here today after many failed attempts at finding what I wanted used on fb/craigslist. Everyone working was super nice and accommodating, and pricing is fair! They tuned the bike up to be ready to ride out the door and gave me accessories for the bike as well. Felt like I was respected during the process which can be missing from other bike shops, especially if you are looking for entry level bikes like I am. They also have a very cute shop kitty 🙌
