Very friendly people. They swapped out all tires, tubes, and hand grips right on the spot without prior notice.
I unloaded my E-bike in Victoria recently to ride the Lake Minnetonka bike trail with a friend only to discover the chain somehow got seriously jammed in the derailleur. Spokes was the closest bicycle shop to our location. The shop wasn’t opened so we did not call ahead. We just showed up. A man ( I assume now to be Justin) attended to us. He released the jammed chain with a special tool, re-attached the chain, tightened the cable. He directed me to ride the bike in the parking lot to be certain the gears worked. They did! A fabulous independent small town bike shop with great prices and service. Owner operator Justin is awesome to work with taking care of my family's biking needs. Accepting trade-ins as my grandchildren grow. I recommend taking your family's biking needs to him as well.
