I took in 3 old kids’ bikes to be fixed up. There was one I wasn’t sure was worth fixing and I asked their opinion. He looked it over and gave me a quote, which was as much as a new bike, but I went ahead and had it done (my fault). One week later the pedal shaft completely came apart and the tires split open. Both were things they didn’t say needed repaired. They refused to let me return any of the new parts or get a refund. $120 down the drain.

well I met Mike in an inconspicuous place out in Rock Creek Canyon. Found out he worked at Twin Falls bike shop and he helped me out with my route planning and gave me some great advice for long distance biking. Coincidentally there the store I stopped into to get lube and a derailleur adjustment. They took good care of me on the price and it was the best of Jasmine I've had. Overall I can't imagine any organization being more professional and really nice people.
only in it for the money. didn't get all that was purchased. had to go to another shop just to be mocked on how they got me too.

Thank you for always going the extra mile! We purchased a Trek bike for my son and after experiencing your amazing customer service we purchased two more bikes for us. Recently my son's fork was making a clanking noise, you not only didn't bat an eye to replace it but you replaced it with a higher quality part. He was beyond happy when he got his bike back and can't quit talking about how awesome it is!
The people's bike shop!! Whether you are 6 or 96 this shop is the place to go for "locals" customer service and a great selection of bikes and accessories for all riders! Plus, it's a friendly place to hang out and talk bikes!
