Profoundly unhelpful. Arranged to ship a bike through them, ultimately picked it up three weeks after the committed date and brought it to the Fremont shop which did a good job.

I bought a Velotric Nomad 2 from them today and I highly recommend them . I didn't do a test ride but I didn't need to it was set up almost perfect for me .
Couldn't be happier with the service and support. My rear derailleur was damaged and wasn't working properly; Doug quickly figured out the problem. After several adjustments and tuning he had me on my way with a very fair price. I will be back!
