Great place to shop for a bike or accessories!! Genuinely knowledgeable and caring staff who are top notch at what they do!
Stopped in because I forgot a water bottle and these guys were extremely friendly and had great info on the local MTB trails!
Doug was so wonderful. I went in to look at an electric trike. He didn't try selling me the most expensive one. He asked questions, got an idea of my specific needs and then made recommendations. Turns out to be the perfect fit. I totally love my new Buzz electric trike.
I notice my rear tire bulging when I was a mile away from Spoke Life Cycles. I was a couple hours from my car, but since this ride was on a Monday, the store was closed. However, a sign on the door gives a number to text for special appointments. I had a response immediately, and within 25 minutes, Doug had dropped what he was doing on his day off to drive to the store to get me a new tire.
