I absolutely love Spoke. I have been going for a little over a year since May 2024. All the instructors are all so amazing, fun, and personable. They also really go out of their way to make sure your accomplishments are celebrated and known. They honestly make working out so fun with their different class themes and activities. I can’t recommend this workout studio enough!!!
I LOVE spoke! I hated working out until I joined, and now I can’t get enough! The instructors are all amazing, but Bobbey’s classes always leave me feeling SO empowered, grateful for my body and genuinely feel like I left a party. They’re way too much fun. 10000/10 recommend!
Bobbey is the best instructor EVER! My friend and I try to never miss her Sunday morning spin class, it’s the best way to start off our day. She upbeat, energetic and motivational. Thank you Spoke and especially Bobbey!

The community at Spoke is unlike no other! As someone who had never tried a spin class before May 2024, I felt encouraged from the second I walked into class when Ashley helped me get set up and cheered me on throughout class. Such a welcoming and supporting community, with the most fun and exciting workouts. I love all the playlists and choreography. Highly recommend if you want to challenge yourself to try something new :)
