Finally decided to try something new at the beginning of the year and am so glad that I did. Spoke is absolutely incredible; the people, the environment, the workout itself. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help those who are new. Highly reccomend giving it a shot if you’re looking for a new fun type of workout!!
I am so so so happy to be a new member at Spoke! The environment is welcoming and supportive - everyone is full of positive energy and passion for all what they do. When they say they are a studio for all they mean it - from fitness levels to body positivity. I has never felt so comfortable in a new place, trying new things! Thank you for all you do everyday! 💕

Spoke is my new favorite place! I’m so happy I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to join a friend for cycle class. Ever since then I’ve been OBSESSED. I’ve tried so many things to get in the habit of working out regularly and this place has changed the game for me. Spoke is so nice and clean. They have amazing instructors who are the so friendly and motivational. Music for the classes are always bops. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get a great workout in or just wanting to try something new!
