I give a two star because their prices are great however my dog got neutered about a week ago from there and his incision is open. I’ve tried to contact them for the past week. They’re not returning my phone calls or my text messages or my emails according to the postop paper they emailed me and said to call this number which I did and I keep getting a voicemail. I've taken all my pets here and they're always nice, they do need to update check-in time website and email say 7-8am but its 730-8am now. Because of this i was almost late to work but we got it figured out and they were kind about the miscommunication.
