I am a combat vet, when I was in crisis they never called me back. When I called them I was told they are full and don't have funding for Veterans, Then the rude guy said there wasn't a manager! I saw Daisy and it was all a waste of time the front desk guy said to go to the VA. You guys suck.. not for Veterans at all not sure why you are there but I will find out where your boss and funding comes from
Marissa Webb thinks that I'm only having appointments so my wife can be seen. She has assumed this. I was been seen before my wife. Because I have missed appointments where I called in ahead because of of my disorder. She says I'm no longer able to get counseling. She also said other veterans have my condition and have had episodes but still showed up. So now I have been excluded from getting help. This place and the Spokane VA are the absolute worst they would not help for anything.
I saw Marissa for Atleast three sessions I am a Combat Veteran on the autism spectrum and have had significant trauma in my past. With both of these CBT is important to me to continue to keep me goals and life running smoothly. After three sessions Marissa said she didn’t see a need for me to do EMDR which I thought was strange since I have not worked through past trauma and had told her this. I'm no longer with the vet center. This is twice I trusted them. I was so nice on my surveys because I'm so trusting. Never again spokane vet center.
