Nice place, lots of room, sauna was great
Called to get information regarding hours of the indoor and outdoor pools. The employee stated she didn't know. Isn't that something an employee should know?.Website was vague on the time for outdoor pool only the time the indoor pool closed which stated an hour before closing. Not going to drive across town if idk when the outdoor pool closes.
June 27 UPDATE: The best front desk clerk ever, Sarah Hobbs has left leaving me to the worst who trespassed me today because I took 3 hrs in the shower. My own room with hand dryer, hot hot shower, toilet skin soap dispenser and no one able to break the lock is GONE) Formerly ....I already loved this place, glad I became a member which means I pay! The new clerk took it all. Update: The police have granted corporate the power to serve trespass warrants so if the customer shows up to take her shower as usual, they just arrest... read more
