We paid the consultation service fee, we were provided a verbal quote and have experienced unprofessionalism since. We can't get a response and have yet to receive a professional written repair quote. It has been 2 weeks. Basically, they ripped us off!!!! STAY AWAY, unless you enjoy terrible customer service and wasting your money

Called them to fix our hot tub and they did me a solid! Guy came out the SAME day I called after noticing leak and got it fixed. Courteous, professional, and same day. No issues since.
