We loved Spokane Mall. We are from Canada and my girls loved shopping at this mall. Lots of retail stores to choose from. Really good deals back to school deals. We loved the food court. Also loved the security that check parking area. We feel safe!
Went there for the boys clothes, it was fun the food court wasnt all that good
I hate to give the mall such a poor rating. However, there is a store called Red Fox that is full of horrible employees. They aggressively yelled at my children for hiding in the clothing racks. When I addressed the employee who also happens to be the manager she proceeded to tell me it was within her right to scare my kids. I simply redirected her and told her that as opposed to scaring children she needed to speak with the parent. When I spoke to the owner his response was sorry they have been busy today. Scott in Buckle was the most amazing person to ever help me with shopping. I love my new jeans. I will be back next year for vacation and to see Scott again! He deserves a reward.
