Under staffed on a daily basis. Infection control is poor. I developed a wound infection under their care. Prolong care until insurance runs out then gouge you as private pay. I would not recommend.
After a significantly debilitating stroke, two weeks at SHMC and 2 stays at St Luke’s, my Mother has been here at Cascadia for 5 months and is very happy with the care & help she’s receiving & our family is as well. If something is not working well or is unsatisfactory, at ANY time, the issue is addressed immediately & remediated. Incredible staff and clean facility! They love the people they care for.
I had a partial open heart surgery and a week later I was accepted here at the Skilled Nursing Facility. The place is very clean. The workers were all very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The one thing that shocked me was that the food was very good. It was never just slopped on the plate. The rooms are nice & roomy and you don't have to share a room.
