Very professional and knowledgeable.
The reception area staff are courteous, and quite helpful. The wait time was short. The medical assistant is caring, thorough, helpful and sweet. The doc was okay. It totally felt like he was in a hurry, felt very rushed.
I felt very cared for by the whole team here at Spokane Urology. Jeremy Kocach PA-C was super thorough and helped me a lot. I'll look forward to my care being there as needed in the future. I did suggest they spruce up the bathroom with a table for urine cup and or personal items and a coat or purse hook 🪝 considering it's a Urology place it's a high priority room in that specialty of a place! Thanks Team!
