Dr. Deters was born and raised in the Inland Northwest, and is a proud graduate of Gonzaga Preparatory School. He attended Wheaton College in Illinois and went on to attend the University Of Washington School Of Medicine as part of the WWAMI program. The billing office side of this practice has to be at a federal government tier level of efficiency. My outstanding balance on their website was wrong, so I ended up overpaying $700. They told me it will take 4-6 weeks or 10 months, whenever they decide to get hold of me. What a joke these people are.
Dr. Lucerno was very professional and worked with me on multiple medications to find the one that worked best for me. I would recommend her.
