My friends and I stop by there once a week or more, mostly after coming from the barn. Sometimes my boots are so muddy I leave them at the door. We absolutely love the new owner. She never pressures us, and in fact, most of the time we just look at everything and wish we weren t horse poor. Many times customers enter while we are there and she is never anything but nice. She will order anything you want out of any if her catalogs with no shipping cost. she goes above and beyond to help out every customer find what they need.
I have shopped at Tack Trunk for nearly 13 years and have always enjoyed my experience, until now. My friends and I were driving by on our way home from the barn and decided to meet the new owner. She snubbed her nose at us and merely uttered a flat hello , while maintained friendly banter with customer. Awesome customer service and great selection! Will definitely be a regular shopper here. Clearly the individual who wrote the negative review had already made her mind up before she even entered the store and that is truly unfortunate because it s definitely a gem!
