Called for a service and the gentleman who answered the phone was able to diagnose the problem over the phone no need for them to come out so no wasted money.
We would recommend Spokane Spa for your service and parts needs. We have had only wonderful service from this company. We were in a real bind on July 3, 2016, because we had 18 family members coming to our house for a family reunion party and our spa quit working. We did not know what was wrong. We called Spokane Spa and they returned our call within an hour.
