I purchased a swim SPA over five years ago from ****'s Quality SPA's and they have always been there to assist when I required assistance. They truly want the buyer to be happy and ensure things are right. Outside of any warranty work, I like to repair things as much as possible on my own and learn about my swim SPA and I must say his team is totally customer orientated. i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have had my spa for about 6 month and I am still very happy with my purchase. I wanted a particular spa (Clearwater) and checked my local area and the Internet for the prices of that particular spa. Within the first five minutes of talking with Jeff (owner) about spas on his show room floor, I realized the prices were very reasonable. Never Buy From Quality Spa's Again, Buyer Beware! Purchased a $7000 Spa through quality spa's in spokane, within a year had all sorts of problems. 8 months old was told it needed to be completely rebuilt. The owner after initially said he would not fix it, but after calling a private attorney, and the State Attorney Generals Office, he picked up the tub for repairs. The dropped it off after supposively fixing it, broket he electrical conduit, and damaged the cedar casing. He did manage to fixe "most" of the leaks, but still ... read more

great to do business with. Quality spas gave us a great deal on new Clearwater Spa. This is the kind of dealer that I will tell others about. I'm would even drive 120 miles to the store to buy chemicals from them for the deal the gave us.
