Shenice is incredible. I have had a lot of different types of bodywork and she is the real deal. She understands the pregnant female body and what that requires, while also bringing you into an authentic space where you feel heard and valued. I love the pre and post conversation about my body and felt so cared for. After my first massage, I immediately went home and booked more! I can’t wait to have my body cared for by Shenice while I’m growing a human. I also will be booking postpartum care through her as well.
Shenice is amazing! She is so thorough and really takes the time to understand what you are hoping to get out of each session. She doesn’t just do some routine massage - she really can feel what your body needs and work on it. She also provides advice for stretches etc to do between sessions. Highly recommend!!
Shenice is so special at what she does! She does a thorough intake to make sure she targets all the areas that need to be worked on. She has an amazing set up that allows you to lay on your stomach and fully relax. She checks in throughout the massage to make sure pressure is okay and provides feedback after the massage as well. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Mamas, you deserve this!
This is the best massage I have ever received. I have been an athlete and always received massages from professionals, but nothing compares to this. She knows exactly what you need and every massage makes me feel invigorated! I feel very lucky to have found this place.
Absolutely amazing prenatal massage! Shenice was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I went in feeling quite uncomfortable at 8 months pregnant and left feeling relaxed and way less tight. A FYI for accessibility: Parking space is nearby. Space is on the lower level, accessed by stairwell in photo. The building does not have an elevator.
