Great dudes easy communication honest work
I had multiple problems and had been to multiple shops Alvin and Brandon found everything that needed taken care of, repaired it in a timely manner,and let me know other things that needed taken care of before they were a problem. They have saved me money multiple times and they know truck is my company work vehicle and always try to get my pickup back to me as fast as possible. They are very good people very honest and trustworthy I wouldn't take a Ford diesel anywhere else.

I picked up my truck this evening and planned on driving it back to Moscow. They did a great job getting my truck running but when I picked it up I had a headlight out, possibly leaving me stranded in Spokane. Brandon and Dustin saved the day by working out in the cold off the clock to get my headlights fixed. It was 7 pm and they were walking to their vehicles to go home for the day and stayed to help. These guys have integrity and skill. Great communication. Timely. Also got me an OEM part same-day when the ford dealership (inexplicably) couldn’t give me a timeframe.
