We were new in town and our F-150 was mysteriously leaking oil and coolant, so we went looking for recommendations for diagnosis and repair. The first shop we went to the owner/mechanic told us very plausibly that we needed to replace the engine, but he either was unwilling or unable to work with our warranty company, so we went on to Spokane Powerstroke Services, for whom we had received a glowing report, and who definitely work on non-diesel vehicles. Great shop and great communication
Brandon and Alvin were great to work with, they were upfront about what work needed to done, cost and the work and price were fantastic. I really appreciate Brandon making a recommendation of a part to replace since they already had the intake manifold off. Brandon spent quite a bit of time going over engines with me as I plan to sell this diesel since I don’t need it. I won’t take my trucks anywhere else.
