I can't say enough how I appreciate their work and expertise. I bought 2 used Powerstrokes and always bring them here first for Diesel engine repair. After a year of the repair and 30k miles my '03 F250 6.0L is still running very strong at 337k miles. Now I have a '99 F350 7.3L 389k miles that they're working on. They tested the engine compression first to see if even worth fixing, then working on shifter handle, fuel injector cups, glow plugs and/or relay, radiator and had to flush coolant system several times. This is the best diesel shop I have ever been to and I've been driving diesels for a very long time. They did an excellent job putting a new turbo in my truck, got it done faster then I was told and the final bill was less than they estimated when I dropped it off. I highly recommend these folks to anybody with a powerstroke.
Brandon at SPS saved our vacation. We had a lift pump failure during a cross-country trip that left us stranded near Spokane on our OBS that left us on the side of the road. After calling shop after shop, we couldn't find anywhere that would see us for three (!!!) weeks. We found SPS and Brandon said he would take a look at it for us that same day, at 4:30PM.
