I wanted to leave a review because of how great customer service they have given me. Every time I’ve had an issue with my trucks and I called they’ve always fit me in. I run a business, So when one of my Trucks are having issues. It’s so important that I’m able to get them back up and going again. Great customer service. Highly recommend. Did help clearout my issues with low fuel pressure and reduced engine power. Will definitely come back again when needed.
Absolute pros. I’ll never take my truck anywhere else. I learned that lesson the hard way. I had these guys do my injectors on my F250 diesel and they did an absolutely killer job. I then chose to take it to a suspension shop to get some front end work done And upon picking it up the damn thing drove 10 times worse than when I dropped it off. Brandon was able to fit me in within 24 hrs for an oil change when I was about to head out in a 14 hr drive. Very thankful I found this shop.
Over Memorial Day, my friends and I were deep in the farmlands from the west side out of service and the EGR went out on our 6.4. We were pretty stranded and after some help from a new friend out there, he referred me to Alvin and Spokane Powerstroke . Alvin responded to me over the long weekend which he didn’t have to do as everything was closed. We made a plan to come in Tuesday and he got me on the road within 3 hours.
