Many weak reviews are due to the customer expecting the shop to read minds. At Powersport my experience showed that they are pro's and will provide you with your best options for new machines and their support, and repair. I bought my ATV 16 years ago from Powersports. I have used this dealer and shop for the most part for all normal maintenance and purchases of Honda products. They are fast, consistent and honest. Recently had a major part failure due to normal wear. The pandemic has created severe parts shortages... read more

Called ahead of time to get quote to install Tubliss tires. $40 per tire. When I got there they said it would be 1 hour labor per tire for a total of something close to $290. They blamed me for not telling them it was for a dirt bike? What? As I told them, it’s their industry. How am I supposed to know it’s different between a dirt bike and road bike. I think they should be asking to clarify. They offered nothing to make the issue better. As I packed up to leave I told them I wouldn’t be coming back. The one guy, who was t... read more

This place is awesome This place rocks! The salesman Gary was very helpful and waited around all day for me to get my financing figured out. Scott the owner is very down to earth and after I waited all day to hear from the bank just to get told I had to wait till 9AM the next day he let me go out on a cruise in my new Slingshot. If you want to buy somewhere you will feel at home and get beyond helpful customer service then this place is where you should go! Thanks again Gary and Scott!

Service and sales were great Went here with the intent of just looking. I was in the market to buy an ATV, but was just doing my homework. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted (nice change from some places). I told them I was just looking so they said to look all I wanted and ask if I had questions. After a while I did have a question, which was answered right away. I ended up filling out an application, and bought my ATV that day. Was very impressed with the whole experience. I had to have a winch and plow installe... read more

Horrible shop Do not go here! long story short, I went here and bought an oil filter for my dual sport. I have purchased one here before without issue but last time i went in i handed the person at the parts counter my old filter AND told them what it belonged to. he handed me a new one and i purchased it, went home and changed my oil and put the new filter on which fit great and looked identical to the old one. well, i needed a filter for a yamaha XT, which has 4 little holes in the back of the filter allowing oil to get to... read more

Poor Service I took my bike into Spokane Powersports for a fork service (new seals, oil and safety check) and less than one week later my forks were leaking oil. I brought it back and they told me they were leaking because they used aftermarket seals rather the OEM. So they agreed to fix it, if I paid for the service and seals with the understanding that if there were any issues from there on they would stand behind their work. After storing my bike for the winter and a few short rides my forks started leaking again so I bri... read more
