Severely disappointed. The staff are friendly, services were fine for urgent care, however, the prescriptions submitted were not accurate. For my 4 year old, they prescribed a capsule antibiotic. Told me to mix it with yogurt or something to give to her. Well, that did not go over well and I don’t blame her! It was disgusting and lingered in your mouth for hours. As a Registered Nurse and a mom, I understand the pressures of healthcare and the needs of parents pursuing urgent care for their children. The good: it is clean, and we usually don’t have a long wait. The providers are friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, when my son was dosed antibiotics for strep throat, he was dosed too high, and I only caught the mistake because I knew how to do the math equation for mg/kg based on his weight. Had another helpful visit today. We were one of the first there on a weekday morning and were called back immediately (not always the case at other times, understandably). The receptionist, I believe it was Cynthia, was thorough and genuinely kind. I called her later to see if they’d sent the prescription over & they had, but she offered to call the pharmacy and check/offer anything additional they maybe needed. I was clean they got me in even though I was at closing they saw me and got me right in they were super nice and took care of everything thank you they were amazing I highly promote this pediatrics.
