Miserable experience as a new patient. -I was required to complete pre-check-in paperwork online but then they had me repeat it again in office. -Appointment started 45 minutes late with no communication or acknowledgment. -The visit was extremely rushed and lasted only a few minutes. I barely managed to push in a few of my own questions. -I was told imaging is not available for 2–3 weeks. The timeline for imaging was not acceptable. This issue is urgent. I’ll be honest, the other reviews had me unnerved but I had a very positive experience with my first appointment with them. Very kind and answered all of my questions.
I really like this clinic. I see Dr. Grant, and she is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. My experience of the staff - front desk and medical assistants, is positive, and I find the clinic welcoming. I would recommend to anyone looking for an obgyn in the area.
No one should ever go here.
