It took three months to get an appointment with Dr. Reuter. I asked him how much time we had for the appointment, and he said 10-15 minutes because he serves 30 patients every day. I said, "Cool, then I won't hold back". I started spewing symptoms and questions about my issues. He said I was confrontational. He never examined me, never asked questions. Sonographer was super short with me and wouldn’t answer basic questions. Asked the OB the same questions and she said she’d ask the sonographer.

Delivered my little guy in 2019 via scheduled C-section after many losses (most early), I had a lot of fears throughout the pregnancy, every little thing worried me, but they were remarkable at comforting me, and not making me feel like a burden, even though I was calling quite frequently. Waited on the phone for 11mins to be told they can't look up my insurance and I have to call my own insurance to verify their drs are in network. I work for a medical office myself and am able to look up all insurances seemed off to me.

ATTN: Those with Infertility Diagnoses (esp. PCOS, ENDO) First-Time Appointment/New Patient Experience: I filled out the paperwork, emailed it in, arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and it took them around 30-40 minutes to bring me back. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, note that your initial appointment won’t be with a doctor, it’s with a nurse practitioner, even though Dr. Tyler may be on-site in a nearby office.
