I literally left in tears. My concerns were not addressed, all the doctor kept telling me was how I needed a Pap smear (irrelevant to my visit mind you) and then went on to talk about weight loss… I can’t loose weight due to the birth control I’m on, I tried showing her my period tracking app and she didn’t even look at it, only cared about STD testing which I’ve already had done recently. I recommend going anywhere else, I won’t be back

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Elizabeth Newell. I first came to her after going through a horrible miscarriage and an even worse experience with my first D&C. After that experience, I switched doctors and ended up with Dr. Newell, and I am so incredibly grateful that I did. When I found out I needed another procedure, I was absolutely hysterical and terrified to go through it again. No follow up when I had a procedure with radiology. I was not given an option to go to radiology, I had to research that myself and ask for a referral multiple times. On a separate incident, I had precancer that requires yearly checks. The office just stopped giving me reminders to make an appointment for no apparent reason. I left a review about how Bitchin' 🤘 Dr. Newell is. And if you're a child of the 80s you would understand that word is a compliment!. All of these providers take the time that they need for each of us. I don't mind waiting 2 hours... I don't mind waiting 1 hour or 30 minutes. The reason why- it's because I am waiting for Dr Newell AND understand her other patients in exam rooms schedule to see her before me are getting the time they need with their provider. Miserable experience as a new patient. -I was required to complete pre-check-in paperwork online but then they had me repeat it again in office. -Appointment started 45 minutes late with no communication or acknowledgment. -The visit was extremely rushed and lasted only a few minutes. I barely managed to push in a few of my own questions. -I was told imaging is not available for 2–3 weeks. The timeline for imaging was not acceptable. This issue is urgent.
