I've had my storage unit for years. The staff are on site, so I don't have to worry about my stuff. There unit prices beat the competition, hands down. I had a unit at Diamond on sunset hill and was overcharged - almost twice as much for a smaller unit-and treated like crap to boot. Spokane Mini definitely has my business. I just rented a second unit.
Secured. Monitored by cameras, extremely good cameras. Friendly service. They just got new doors which is awesome. Many options in sizes. Great prices. Only tiny thing that is a teensy but inconvenient is the hours you can get in, or can't. It necessary though to ensure the place is more secured. So I appreciate their commitment to the entire thing and i just make sure to plan around.
Odd rules of admittance. Other than that straight forward kind staff. Amazingly clean and courteous understanding management. Runs a tight ship but in a good way. Highly recommend to migrant people as long as they can follow the rules, and return the politeness. I'm a no nonsense person and these are no nonsense people
