We experienced a water heater failure and called Spokane Mechanical Heating & Cooling as they were highly recommended by the Rheem Corporation. Henry arrived the following morning to diagnose the problem. Within minutes he discovered the element and the electronic controller had failed. Henry contacted Rheem to order the faulty components. Spokane Mechanical installed our Heat Pump/A/C unit about 7 years ago. Recently our unit was not blowing cold. I called and talked to a lady and they sent their tech out to our house. The guy checked a few things and told my wife that our unit had a leak in the line and that one of the valves was loose. All units have a high and low pressure valve that you can shut off.
