Even though it was during the hot summer days someone came out to fix my HVAC the day after they were called. The receptionist was super nice and called to let me know when the repairman was on his way. The repairman was very polite and informative and explained everything that was done. I have only positive things to say about their service!
Spokane Mechanical installed our Heat Pump/A/C unit about 7 years ago. Recently our unit was not blowing cold. I called and talked to a lady and they sent their tech out to our house. The guy checked a few things and told my wife that our unit had a leak in the line and that one of the valves was loose. All units have a high and low pressure valve that you can shut off.
