I can't say enough about the caring and customer service offered by Spokane Lifeline. My 86 year old aunt lives by herself and has needed a "Help-I've-fallen-and-can't-get-up" device for a while. After I spoke with Mark, he contacted my aunt and set up a time to meet. He assessed her situation, made recommendations and then carried them out in a professional and courteous manner. We greatly appreciated the support we received from Lifeline. Mom and Dad really wanted to stay in their home and getting them set up with an automatic pill dispenser and life alert really helped us safely accommodate their desire to continue out their years at home!!
Mark and the staff have always been helpful and supportive. My mom has used her lifeline button a few times and it works like advertised! It is very reassuring for our family to know she has it available to her and it allows her to live independently a little longer! Thank you!!
