He was very helpful and nice enough. His business lacks the feel of professionalism but he pulled me out of a pinch and I was very grateful for his help. He went out of his way to accommodate me. I would go back for small issues.

Called prior to ask if my issue was something he could look at and fix, he said sure bring it in. When I did bring it in, the gentleman came out barefoot looking like hell. I told him my charger broke off in the charger port and he kept trying to stick the charger in said port, then tried to plug it into the headphone jack....The man had no clue what he was doing. Ended up just taking my laptop home and figured out how to fix it myself.

Dude is a joke, took the computer in he said it would be done the same day, I come back over a week later and he didn’t even start working on it, overall a waste of time, wouldn’t recommend going there, nothing looks professional there, overall bad vibes.
