My husband scheduled an appointment for acute issue with his back with the nurse practitioner. She proceeded to come out into the waiting room and tell him she doesn't know why they booked his appointment and she was very busy and would have to wait. She then told him she would not give him narcotics (he's allergic to them and can't take any)...basically treating him like a drug seeker all still in the waiting room. So much for patient privacy.
