I can't believe this dealership will cheat customers. I experienced this when I bought my new car. First of all, this dealership is unethical and is NOT TRANSPARENT. It is not even a member of with BBB. They cheated me out of a $1000. They offered $18000 for my trade. I said I would make a deal if I got $19000. I was made to believe from Alex, the salesman, that they had agreed with my offer. Alex went ahead and got the car ready, then the big shock! They wouldn't supply me with any documentation. Jacob Varghese was a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond for us he got us everything we wanted. I highly recommend Jacob. took the day off from work to have Hyundai Anti Theft service performed ; had initial appointment on 4/23/26 and rescheduled for 10AM today. The part had been ordered prior to the initial appointment. After I drop the car off, 1/2 hour later Rob Williams calls and states "we don't have the part anymore, it was sent back due to being over 30 days' not only did I take the day off but I live in Aston and driving to Newark is 45 min. The service department obviously does not care about its customers. Not once has a simple oil changed taken less than 3 hours. They do not value my time at all. I am done.

I visited Napleton Hyundai today because I was in a situation where I had to get a new car because my previous car was considered a total loss due to an accident. My salesman was Jessie Miller, first I want to give him a kudos for being the first person to reach out to me after I showed interest in one of the vehicles online the day before. I wish I read the reviews BEFORE I purchased a car - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a new $38,000 car and the entire staff was great - Until they had my $$. I put a $500.00 deposit down and I am STILL waiting on the refund 7 weeks later. The day l picked up my car, they all of the sudden realized that my refund could not be reversed off my card and I would get a check (You didn't know this?!?!? This is a terrible dealer. They will not fix my car that broke less than 2 months old because it got wet. This is a Ioniq 5 and they could not even test the charger because they could not plug it in. They also don't honor the price they have posted on there website.

Isabella Hillwas absolutely amazing to work with! She helped us find a great car and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
