I had Spokane Heating and Cooling come out for a/c maintenance on our commercial air conditioning unit in downtown Spokane. These guys were the only ones of 6 I called who actually answered, and they showed up when they said they would. They have very reasonable rates and caught a minor repair that saved me a bundle, not to mention the hassle if it had caused the unit to fail in the middle of July. These guys were great and really fast to repair my heating system when it died last month. Still super cold out so I needed fast repair work. I think his name was Chris? Very kind and polite and was able to get the fix done same day. Highly recommend!
3 people came to the door, no ID, never sent the bid/estimate after the visit. Just seemed super sketch. Asked for previous tenant from over 5 years ago not the person who contacted them. Name was even given in a text message. They were nice, just seemed off. Gave name of Superior Heating and Cooling when they came?
AC went out on my heat pump (Wed eve). Called on Thursday. One company couldn't come out for 5 days. High 90s to 100. Called Spokane heating and cooling and had a tech out in less than 90 min. Tech, Chris, called ahead and I told him what I thought the problem might be along with the part number. He was very receptive. Chris showed up and swapped out the capacitor and I was back in business with a happy wife and cool house. Easy, quick, and a reasonable price. They will be my first call next time something comes up.
