NOT Poor Service after sale by JD I am not happy with JD's review. First he did not buy the stove from me, and I do not carry the stove he bought so I didn't no much about his pellet stove and sent him to my service guy for help. What happened after that I don't no and the $ 200.00 is not correct as well. He is unhappy because he had no free help on his stove and I understand that, but its not fair to bad mouth me for it. Poor Service after sale Recently bought a top of the line pellet stove. After install, I needed to fine tune the rate of burn. The picture in the owners manuel was a poor representation. Called the new owner Joe and he stated he did not know how to adjust it, though in the business for 35 years. He would be happy to come out for $200.00 dollars and fine tune it. I'm troubled by the his lack of product knowledge and service after the sale.
They Retired But I am still around What a great team of people to work with sorry to hear they have retired and closed thier store. The last eight years has been challanging and exciting as their service technician and installer.
