I have been a loyal patient of your clinics for more than 35 years through 2 marriages and l have brought all both of family there, which is why I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience. This was just a check up to see how my eyes are doing. Everything was good for another year.
Ownership- Ever since the change in ownership the staff knowledge & quality has tanked. All new ‘nurses’ that feel they’re dr’s and doing more of the work than the dr’s do. Gaslighting patients that they don’t know their own health. Wait The wait times are horrible. Why do I have to arrive 30 minutes early for an established patient appt then wait 30+ after appt time just to be pre roomed, then roomed. My doctor is amazing. She spends time and thoroughly checks and explains everything. Last week, she even did this when her home was in the area of a huge wildfire! God bless her!
