Was on hold for over 20 minutes, disconnected, I called back on hold another 15 minutes, was told it would be 3 or more months just for an eye exam & again I was hung up on. Very disappointed, customer service has really gone down hill. This long time customer will be finding a new provider.
Kenneth J. Absalonson is very rude. Will not explain scans and testing recommended just said as i said twice it's a scan . Very rushed. Would not recommend him at all.
Took my neighbor to her 930am appointment. The guy receptionist says no your appt. was at 920 and we only allow 15 min window I said its 937 it's 17 min late. He said No that's our policy even tho she had a card said 930am appt. Guess what she's been going to this same eye Dr for 40+yrs. He (receptionist)says her Dr. Is booked for a year. She asked if she can be on waiting list if someone calls and cancels He says no. He can't do that. I mean come on , I bit my tongue and now she has to go to different Dr she don't know. Been going here for over 50 years, and for decades I received stellar service, but since about 2024-ish their service has went down hill. Especially at the Nevada location. I want to be loyal, hence the 3 stars, so I will try switching locations first, and if I have a better experience I will edit this review. For now, I'm just kinda bummed
