The surgery scheduler Julie Becker was homaphobic and called me slurs. This is not an inclusive business and employes bigots. Beware of coming here if you are part of the LGBT community
Appalling at how long we waited for our appointment!!! It was at 10:30....Its a quarter after eleven and we are still sitting here!!! Shame on you. We drove two hours to get here to top it off! Definitely changing clinics!!! AWFUL
Was scheduled an appointment for 11-21-25. They tried to cancel it before the appointment. I called and told them I needed it because my vision was bad. They finally got me in and the Dr Absolonson was very rude to me very short didn’t answer any of the questions that I had. All he wanted was for me to get an eye injection. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m super disappointed in Spokane Eye Clinic as a whole. I had been trying to get my daughter into see someone here since September. She originally had an appointment that I had to move because of an insurance issue, which wasn’t their fault but in hindsight it would have been great if they would have verified insurance prior to her appointment like most places do. Went with hubby. Took along time! In all 2 hrs. They were upgrading computers or something ~ on our time! Thinking it should have could have been a weekend project to be ready for customers! More important! I didn't notice them wiping down to sanitize the equipment before using! Dr sanitized hand on the way out but didn't see coming in.....
